Reliability by Using Weibull Distribution Based on Vibration Fatigue Damage

In this paper, a Weibull probabilistic methodology is proposed with an approach to model vibration fatigue damage accumulation using two parameters: distribution and nonlinear model. The cumulated based on the application of stress profile used determine both β η parameters, corresponding component reliability R(t). analyzed accumulate as function for life exponent derived assistance acceleration’s force response. steps parameters are estimated only principal stresses σ1 σ2 that allow reproduction damage. method’s efficiency by Yi vector covers arithmetic mean well parameter. Finally, procedure applied in practical case where mechanical support telecommunication connections submitted stress. results show accumulated estimate allows analysis dynamic individual applications.
